Leisure Quest appoints new general manager.

Ruben Martinez Grau has been appointed general manager of Leisure Quest. With over 20 years of industry experience, Martinez brings with him a wealth of experience gained across Europe and the Middle East.
His extensive background across hospitality, includes fine dining, hotels, late-night entertainment, events, and beach clubs. He has worked for brands such as Play Restaurant & Lounge, Billionaire Monte Carlo and Gotha Cannes.
In 2013 he joined Nikki Beach in Spain. After a few years there, he moved back to Dubai as F&B operations manager to lead Nikki Beach, Dubai.
Before Leisure Quest, Martinez was general manager at The First Collection, where he oversaw the opening and operations of several restaurant concepts. The role also involved supporting stakeholders and owners with restaurant development and increasing the group portfolio.

Plans for the future
At Leisure Quest, Martinez plans to launch Spanish restaurant TATEL and Italian concept TOTÓ Vini e Cucina in collaboration with Madrid-based Mabel Hospitality (set up by Manuel Campos, Abel Matutes Pratts, Rafael Nadal and Cristiano Ronaldo).
Leisure Quest is a premium fine dining and leisure company which was set up by Food Quest’s CEO, Karim Hajjali. The strategic move follows the company’s direction to launch in the UAE and exclusive European cities.
